* Official `@livekit/agents-plugin-synthesia` plugin for Node.js now available: attach a Synthesia [Interactive Avatar](/docs/interactive-avatars) to your LiveKit agent in a few lines of code. * Assets API supports large file uploads via temporary AWS S3 credentials with multipart upload.

Rate limits for Synthesia's APIs have been updated:

* [Rate limits](/docs/video-api-introduction#rate-limits) are now tiered, with the highest tier now offering up to 2x higher limits than before.
* Rate limits differ for [read vs. write operations](/docs/video-api-introduction#read-vs-write-operations).
